Susan Rogers Holder
Susan has been a trusted name in the real estate and auction industry for nearly 40 years. Since 2001, she’s specialized in municipal auctions of heavy equipment and vehicles for cities and counties throughout North Carolina and beyond. Her experience also includes real estate auctions for estate and bankruptcy attorneys. A licensed real estate agent in both North Carolina and Virginia, Susan is known for bringing a unique combination of auction expertise, real estate knowledge, and industry leadership to every client she serves.
She is actively involved in local, state, and national REALTOR® and Auctioneer associations, including serving on the North Carolina Auctioneers Licensing Board and currently holding a position on the board of the Auctioneers Association of North Carolina.
Beyond her professional work, Susan is deeply committed to her community. She serves on multiple committees at Bannertown Baptist Church and especially enjoys working with the children in the Kingdom Kids program. Outside of work, Susan is an automotive enthusiast who loves attending car shows with her family and vacationing at the beach.
Susan is married to Sam Holder, Jr., owner of Solid Rock Ventures. Together, they share a passion for family, business, and serving others. Their son, Samuel Holder, is a licensed attorney, auctioneer, and real estate agent who partners with them through Solid Rock Ventures and The SRH Group.
